职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for testing and quality assurance of programs running at the China Development Center.
2.Planning and executing of function/system test with support from development engineers, control quality of final deliveries.
3.Reporting to the Engineering Manager as member of the Engineering organization.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
1.Graduate from university with degree from Telecom, computer science, or EE
2.3+ years experience in wireless telecom software development with at least 2 years experience of software test.
3.Be familiar with test methods, process and tools. Be able to make test plan according to understanding of requirements, execute test plan independently or with support from development engineers.
4.Experience of quality management system. Understand major development activities, such as review, audit and so on. Good documentation capability.
5.Skill of software developing, debugging and testing on Windows/VxWorks are required.
6.Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing), prior experience coordination/working with international companies.
7.Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members. Good communication skill.
8.Able to travel domestically and internationally.
