职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Develop GUI for 2.5G/3G protocol monitoring and analysis software on Tektronix test equipment at China Development Center.
2.Work on both customization of existing products and new product development.
3.Provide engineering support to MPT product qualification activities.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
1.Graduate from university with degree from telecom, computer science, or EE
2.3+ years experience in wireless telecom software development. Good understanding of 2G/3G protocols will be helpful for this position. (Candidates with no telecom knowledge but 5+ years experience in GUI development for technical products / measurement systems might get a chance when they will be willing to acquaint telecom knowledge.)
3.At least 2 years programming experience with Microsoft Visual C++ and MFC to develop GUI for technical products. Java development experience will be helpful for this position.
4.Experience in GUI design process and knowledge about usability engineering.
5.Good communication skill, be good at understanding customers'requirements and showing idea/prototype to customers to explain design issues.
6.Quick learner, have ability to master a complex application in a short time.
7.Be able to design, implement and test software modules independently. Good documentation capability.
8.Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing), prior experience coordination/working with international companies.
Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members. Able to travel domestically and internationally
