职位描述：
Responsibilities:
·Plan and provide engineering assistance to Sourcing Team in defining components performance, reliability and quality;
·Analyze component specification required by drawings and Design Team, explain to local suppliers;
·Perform tests on samples to determine compliance with specifications and reliability;
·Coordinate with Design Team to solve related problems on both samples and production;
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience as a components engineer or equivalent
·Strong technical background and multiple experiences in Plastic,Metal,Electronic areas;
·Extensive knowledge and application of engineering principles,practices and procedures including a working knowledge of related engineering disciplines.
·Familiar with common application software,such as AutoCad,ProE,etc.
·Good English communication skill(oral and written).
