职位描述：
Responsibilities:
a)Perform statistical analyses to determine responsibility for materials or products that do not meet required standards and specifications.
b)Develop and maintain quality standards to assure the quality of materials and processes.
c)Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspection and evaluation.
d)Conduct quality assurance tests.
e)Coordinate with manufacturing to assure that quality designed into product is maintained in production.
f)Analyze rejected parts from receiving inspection and solve problems in time.
g)Analyze high failure rate components that cause production problems.
h)Audit the activities of Suppliers and Internal Departments for compliance with design disclosure documentation,plans,policies and procedures.
Requirements:
a.Must have strong English and Chinese speaking skills.
b.Apply extensive technical expertise as a generalist or specialist.
c.Full application of principles, theories, and concepts.
d.Requires considerable creativity and ingenuity.
e.Supplier and Processes skills required.Working knowledge of Six Sigma principles and concepts preferred.
f.Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum of 5 years experience in Plastic tool design or molding injection areas,familiar with pad printing process.
