职位描述：
Responsibilities:
a.Obtain relevant preliminary purchasing information from Fluke LCR sourcing team for new projects; compile, maintain and prepare Purchasing Parameter to procurement team for the operation of an organization.
b.Responsible for continuous cost down for existing products.Issue RFQ to potential suppliers,re-negotiate price with current suppliers,analyze quotations received and make decision to meet PPV target.
c.Optimize supplier base to improve supplier quality,delivery,cost,support,etc.Recommend,audit and select suppliers by working together with Shilu/Fluke quality team and engineering team.
d.Develop blanket Purchase Order and long-term Purchase Agreement with all suppliers. Review areas in which cost can be re-negotiated,suggest new or alternate materials as applicable to obtain more favorable prices.
e.Manage,rate and improve supplier daily performance,have them meet or exceed organization target and expectation.
f.Supervise buyers for daily procurement activities.Expedite and follow up as necessary to those past-due orders or evidencing possible critical delays to production. Take the lead to resolve quality issues with responsible SQE and buyers.
g.Arrange for trial evaluation of new materials with applicable groups.
h.Travel to vendor locations as required.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
a.Bachelor degree in mechanical or electronic engineering
b.4+ years related purchasing experience in multinational companies
c.Good understanding of mechanical or electronic spec and drawings required
d.Good command of English both in oral and written
e.International trade knowledge and commercial laws
f.Proficiency in MS Office software operation,skilled at Access is preferred
g.Self-discipline,self-motivation,team player
