职位描述：
1.General Summary:
Design and document complex printed circuit wiring boards using CAE/CAD hardware and softwaretools.Make original design sketches,layouts,artwork and specification drawings or update existing material.Create and maintain CAD and related databases.
2.Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
a.Operate CAE/CAD equipment to design,document,update and revise layouts for complex PCBs,schematics and block diagrams.
b.Perform necessary research and calculations to complete specific design tasks.
c.Prepare necessary manufacturing and engineering documentation to support fabrication,testing and system housekeeping. Assist with system management and standards development.
d.Create and maintain CAD, databases and documentation.
e.Perform checking tasks within immediate design group and CAD automated design checks.
f.May instruct or direct the efforts of design drafters of lower classification.
g.Interface with CAD software vendors and PCB vendors.
h.Interface with mechanical,PCB and industrial design,manufacturing and electrical engineering, project coordination and project manager.
i.Assist with the development of MCAD tools and procedures for system maintenance.
3. Job Complexity:
Operate independently under minimal supervision to design and document complex printed circuit wiring boards using CAE/CAD hardware and software tools.Job encounters a wide variety of work with a high degree of complexity.Most of the work is checked by engineers.Errors may create delays,loss of funds or affect company image.Contacts with various departments and CAD support and CAD software vendors.
4.Specific Job Skills Required:
Ability to organize and handle complex logic and schematic information.Creativity,accuracy and ability to manipulate sophisticated CAD software and host computer required. Experience with producing designs using MCAD tools and working with three-dimensional solid modeling on CAD.
5.Education And/Or Experience Required:
Graduate of University with degree related to electro-mechanical drafting/design and a minimum 4 years related experience.
