职位描述：
1.Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
Manage the most complex and "risky"projects.Projects are of larger duration up to three years and are of significant impact to the company's future.Solves unusually complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.Possess specialized skills that are critical to the project's success.
2.Supervision/Complexity:
Determine own practices and procedures.Operate independently with minimum of supervision. Job encounters diverse project development situations with high degree of complexity.Decisions may impact Company image by affecting project cost,schedule and product performance.Primary interface between project team and functional groups.
3.Specific Job Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of project management practices,principles and methods.Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage large teams.Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
4.Education And/Or Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Project Manager of complex projects or equivalent.Requires 2-3 years direct supervisory/manage-ment experience.
5.Job Conditions:
May require travel and/or extra hours.
